Cricut Cake Coming Soon!

Not being a big scrapbooker, I have never had the need to own a Cricut personal cutting machine although I have to admit being quite fascinated by them and I am now toying with the idea of getting one to make customized cupcake wrappers to match the cupcake toppers I'm selling on Etsy.

But then I came across this - the Cricut Cake! Oh my word, what an amazing machine - I soooo want one :) This machine will precision cut your fondant or gumpaste into the most amazing words, shapes and decorations and then all you have to do is apply them to your cake. You can get all the details here and even see it in action with their cool video.

This amazing machine will go on sale exclusively via the Home Shopping Network (HSN) on April 14th at 12.01 am (Eastern Standard Time) and will then debut in stores nationwide on May 1st. With my birthday coming up in the summer this may just have to be on my list :)

This is so neat. To bad they don't tell you how much it is going to cost. I wouldn't mind know how much so if its expensive we could save up ya know :)

I just checked out your etsy site and I can't believe how CUTE everything is! You are so talented! My faves are the clams, the ice cream cones, and the strawberries (I was looking for my little girls birthday)

I came over from the giveaway. I actually saw a post of yours in the etsy forums a while ago and I am really contemplating purchasing some cupcakes toppers for my babies birthday next month. You are awesome and I hope I win :) Oh and I hope you have raised your prices because you definitely don't price your stuff high enough :)

Thanks Bobbie! I did just recently raise my prices on some of the more time consuming toppers but am trying to keep them affordable for everyone :)
