Gourmet Cupcake Mix

I just recently ran across these fantastic gourmet cupcake mixes from "The Barefoot Contessa". I love that you can get unusual flavors like red velvet and coconut. These are not your ordinary grocery store cupcake mixes, that's for sure!

They come with both the cake mix as well as the frosting so you can create a gourmet taste experience from a single box.  I bought mine at Crate and Barrel and am including them in a gourmet cupcake/baking basket that will be auctioned off at my kids' school fundraiser.
